🚭 No smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.

🎉 No parties or events
The apartment is a place to relax and unwind. Parties, celebrations, events or gatherings that may disturb the peace and quiet of the community are not permitted.

🥂 No stag or hen parties
We do not accept bookings for stag or hen parties or similar celebrations.

🤫 Please respect quiet hours
We kindly ask you to keep noise to a reasonable level, particularly during quiet hours, and to be considerate of neighbours and other guests at all times.

👥 Number of guests
The apartment may only be occupied by the number of guests stated on the booking. Any additional visitors must be authorised in advance.

🏡 Treat the apartment as you would your own home
Please use the apartment, furnishings, facilities and communal areas responsibly and with care.

🐾 Pets
We love that you can enjoy Macenas with your four-legged companion. ❤️

We simply ask that you treat the apartment as you would your own home: please make sure your pet does not damage the furniture, and before checking out, take a moment to remove any pet hair and leave the apartment clean and tidy.

Please also remember to clean up after your pet, both inside the property and in communal areas, and to respect the community’s rules at all times.

They get to enjoy the holiday with you — we simply ask that you look after the home while you’re here. 🐾

🏊 Communal areas
The swimming pools and other communal facilities must be used in accordance with the community’s rules and regulations.

These rules are part of the conditions of your stay and are intended to ensure an enjoyable experience for everyone.
